This User Agreement defines the rules for using the CodeCartPro website, the procedure for purchasing digital goods, using license keys, receiving services, and the interaction between the buyer and the seller.
By placing an order on the CodeCartPro website, the user confirms that he has read the terms of this Agreement, understands their content and agrees to comply with the established rules.
CodeCartPro is an online store of digital goods, modules, extensions, and technical solutions for OpenCart and ocStore. The site can sell ready-made modules, license keys, digital files, and also provide paid services for installation, configuration, adaptation, and individual development.
All products on the site are electronic products. Physical delivery is not provided, as modules, keys, instructions and other information are transmitted to the buyer in digital form.
The subject of this Agreement is to provide the user with access to digital goods, license keys, information materials or services posted on the CodeCartPro website.
After placing the order and confirming the payment, the buyer receives a license key, instructions or other necessary information for using the purchased module. The data can be sent to the email specified during the order, or via messengers by agreement with the buyer.
The user independently selects a product or service on the site, adds it to the cart and places an order. When placing an order, the user must provide correct contact information, including email, site domain or other information necessary for activating the license or providing the service.
CodeCartPro is not responsible for any delay in transferring the key or information if the buyer has provided an incorrect email, incorrect domain, incomplete contact information, or does not respond to clarifications through available communication channels.
Payment for goods and services is made by methods available on the site or agreed separately with the buyer. The order is considered accepted for execution after confirmation of payment.
If the order involves individual development, refinement, adaptation, or installation of a module, the cost, scope of work, and completion dates are agreed upon separately before work begins.
After confirming payment, the buyer is given a license key, access to the file, instructions, or other information necessary to use the purchased digital product.
There is no physical delivery, mailing, or transfer of printed materials.
Purchasing a module grants the buyer the right to use it in accordance with the terms of the CodeCartPro license. The license key may be tied to a specific domain, module, or other technical identifier.
The buyer does not have the right to transfer the license key to third parties, resell the module, distribute the module files, publish them in the public domain, or use the module in a way that violates the rights of CodeCartPro.
If the module requires license activation, the operation of certain functions may be limited until the key is successfully activated.
The user has the right to receive the purchased digital product or service after confirmation of payment, to seek advice on the purchase, activation and basic use of the module, as well as to order additional paid installation or adaptation services.
The user undertakes to provide accurate information when placing an order, not to violate the terms of the license, not to use the site for illegal activities, and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to CodeCartPro's technical systems.
CodeCartPro undertakes to transfer the purchased digital product or agreed service to the buyer after confirmation of payment. CodeCartPro may also provide consulting support regarding activation and basic use of the module.
CodeCartPro has the right to refuse service if the user violates the terms of this Agreement, provides false information, attempts to circumvent license restrictions, distributes module files without permission, or performs actions that may harm the site, services, or other users.
Installation, configuration, adaptation of modules, fixing conflicts with the theme, integration with other modules, custom development, and other technical work are not included in the standard purchase of a digital product, unless otherwise expressly stated in the product description.
Such services are performed separately after agreeing on the scope of work, cost, terms and technical conditions. Before starting work, the buyer must provide the necessary information to complete the task.
Before purchasing, the user should carefully read the module description, compatibility with the OpenCart or ocStore version, requirements for PHP, theme, language, site structure, and other technical specifications.
CodeCartPro is not responsible for incorrect operation of the module if the buyer's site has non-standard changes, conflicting modifiers, an incompatible theme, a damaged file structure, an outdated PHP version, database errors, or other third-party technical problems.
Before installing any module, it is recommended to make a full backup of your site files and database.
Because CodeCartPro products are digital products, refunds may be limited once the license key, module files, or access to the digital product has been transferred.
Refunds are handled on an individual basis. If the issue is related to a technical module error, the buyer must provide a description of the issue, OpenCart or ocStore version, PHP version, theme information, installed modifiers, and other data necessary for verification.
Refunds are not made in cases where the buyer has independently damaged the module files, installed the module on an incompatible system, violated the license terms, transferred the key to third parties, or refused to provide the information necessary for technical verification.
Technical support may be provided for activation, basic setup, and standard use of the purchased module. The scope of support depends on the specific product or the terms agreed upon with the buyer.
Functional refinement, theme adaptation, fixing third-party module issues, individual changes, integrations, and non-standard technical work can be performed as a separate paid service.
When placing an order, the user may provide contact information, email, website domain, order information, and other data necessary for the sale of a digital product, license activation, or provision of services.
CodeCartPro uses this data to process the order, transfer the license key, communicate with the buyer, provide technical support, and perform agreed-upon services.
CodeCartPro has the right to change the terms of this Agreement. The current version of the Agreement is published on this page and comes into force from the moment it is posted on the site.
The User is obliged to independently check the current version of the Agreement before placing an order or using the site.
If you have any questions regarding this Agreement, purchase, license activation, key acquisition, installation, or module adaptation, you may contact CodeCartPro via the contact details provided on the website.
Using the CodeCartPro website, placing an order, or paying for goods constitutes the user's agreement to the terms of this Agreement.
