CodeCartPro sells digital products for OpenCart and ocStore : modules, extensions, license keys, and additional technical services. All products are delivered to the buyer electronically, eliminating the need for physical delivery.

By placing an order on the CodeCartPro website, the buyer confirms that they have read the product description, its purpose, compatibility, terms of use, and the specifics of receiving the digital product.

How to place an order

To purchase a module, select the desired product on the website, add it to your cart, and provide correct contact information. It's important to provide your email address, phone number, or other contact information correctly so we can provide you with the license key, instructions, or confirm your order details.

Payment for the order

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Available payment methods are specified during order placement or agreed upon separately with the buyer.

If the order does not concern a ready-made module, but rather installation, adaptation, modification, or custom development, the cost and timeframe for completion are agreed upon separately before work begins.

Obtaining a license key

After payment is confirmed, the buyer receives a license key, instructions, or other information necessary to use the purchased module. The key can be sent to the email address specified when placing the order or sent via a convenient messenger by mutual agreement.

Physical delivery is not performed

All CodeCartPro products are electronic. The buyer does not receive physical goods, packaging, or printed materials. Modules, keys, instructions, and other information are transferred exclusively in digital form.

Before purchasing, we recommend carefully checking the module's compatibility with your version of OpenCart or ocStore, PHP version, installed theme, languages, currencies, and other modules on the site.

Before installing any module, you should create a full backup of your website files and database. This is a standard security measure that helps quickly restore your website in the event of an installation error or a conflict with a theme or third-party extension.

If the key has not arrived

If you haven't received your license key or order confirmation after payment, please check your email address and Spam folder. If you can't find the email, please contact us via the contact information on the website or your preferred messenger.
